01 // Quick Start Guide for New Merchants

Welcome to Flexilna. Follow these four steps to start receiving and settling Flexy payments automatically:

  1. Create Your Merchant Account: Register at flexilna.com/app with your name, email, and Djezzy SIM phone number (e.g. 07XXXXXXXX or 2137XXXXXXXX).
  2. Configure Your Payout Destination: In the Merchant Console under Payout Settings, select your preferred settlement currency: DZD (BaridiMob RIP / CCP / Bank) or USD (USDT TRC20 / Binance Pay / RedotPay).
  3. Install the Flexilna Android App: Download flexilna-node.apk onto the Android phone holding your Djezzy SIM card.
  4. Start the Background Service: Enter your account token in the app and tap Start 24/7 Service. Your SIM status will immediately show ONLINE in your dashboard.

02 // Android App Permissions & Setup

To allow the Flexilna Android App to monitor incoming Flexy recharges and sync your SIM balance 24/7 while the screen is locked, simply tap Allow on the two in-app buttons (no Accessibility or Restricted Settings required!):

  • [1. ALLOW SMS & SIM]: Tap Allow on the popup inside the app so incoming Flexy notifications and SIM balance sync work automatically.
  • [2. ALLOW 24/7 BACKGROUND]: Tap Allow so Android does not put the app to sleep when the screen turns off.
  • [SAVE & CONNECT 24/7 SERVICE]: Paste your Merchant Token and tap Save & Connect.
Note: If Google Play Protect shows a prompt when installing from your browser, tap "More details" → "Install anyway". No Accessibility Service or Restricted Settings are required in v4.0!

03 // Telegram Bot Alerts (@flexilnabot)

Connect your Merchant account to our official Telegram Bot @flexilnabot to receive real-time push alerts on your phone:

  • One-Click Linking: Inside your Merchant Console, click "Connect Telegram (@flexilnabot)" or send /link YOUR_API_TOKEN directly to @flexilnabot.
  • Instant Notifications: Receive instant messages for every incoming Flexy top-up, outgoing settlement credit, and weekly Thursday payout.
  • Bot Commands: Send /balance to check your live Payable Balance in DZD & USD, or /sims to view your connected SIM nodes.

04 // Why You Should Stay Online 24/7 & Maintain SIM Balance

Flexilna processes transactions across connected merchant SIM cards in real time. Keeping your phone connected to Wi-Fi or 4G 24/7 ensures that every incoming Flexy top-up is recorded immediately and allows our settlement router to continuously utilize your SIM balance.

Always Maintain Available Balance on Your SIM

Our automated load-balancer prioritizes online SIM cards with active balance. Keeping credit available on your Djezzy SIM ensures uninterrupted daily consumption and maximizes your weekly Thursday payout.

05 // Commission Rate & Weekly Thursday Payouts

Each merchant account has a fixed gateway discount rate (standard rate: 15%):

Net Payable Credited (DZD) = Consumed SIM Credit (DA) × (100% - Discount Rate%)

Example: Whenever 1,000 DA is consumed from your SIM card, your Payable Balance is credited with 850.00 DZD. Every Thursday, all accumulated Payable Balances are paid out manually to your saved DZD or USD account.
